This CD first in a series of 6 issued from 1998 until 2007. All are Northern soul tracks from the Stateside label. Most are well known but they do contain some obsure tracks. The name comes from the fact that Talcum powder was used to make the dance floor less slippery for the Northern soul dancers! Well worth a listen.
